Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

​

BH Bin Cleaning LLC provides residential trash bin cleaning services,

including one-time and recurring cleaning plans. By scheduling or receiving services, you agree to be

bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Service Plans & Pricing

​

Monthly Service: $30 for up to 2 bins; $10 per additional bin; 3-visit minimum.

Bi-Monthly Service: $45 for up to 2 bins; $10 per additional bin; 2-visit minimum.

Quarterly Service: $55 for up to 2 bins; $10 per additional bin; 2-visit minimum.

One-Time Service: $65 for up to 2 bins; $10 per additional bin.

All pricing is subject to change.

 

3. Minimum Service Commitment

Recurring plans require a minimum commitment: Monthly (3 visits), Bi-Monthly (2 visits), Quarterly (2

visits). Early cancellation may result in charges equal to the remaining visits.

 

4. Scheduling & Service Access

 

Customers must ensure bins are accessible and empty on the scheduled service date unless otherwise

agreed. If bins are not accessible or are excessively filled, the service may be skipped and still count

toward the minimum commitment.

 

5. Payments

 

Payments are processed on the 15th of each month unless otherwise agreed. By enrolling in recurring

service, you authorize automatic billing. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of service.

 

6. Auto-Renewal & Subscription Terms

 

All recurring services automatically renew after the minimum commitment is fulfilled unless canceled

with at least 7 days' notice prior to the next billing date. Customers are responsible for maintaining valid

payment information.

 

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments

without notice may be charged in full. Weather or equipment issues may result in rescheduling at no

additional cost.

 

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

​

If you are not satisfied with your service, you must contact us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable

efforts to resolve the issue, including potential re-service.

 

9. Service Verification & Photo Documentation

 

We reserve the right to take before-and-after photos as proof of service completion. These may be

used for quality assurance and dispute resolution. By using our services, you consent to this

documentation.

 

10. Limitations of Liability

​

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, improper bin storage, or normal wear and tear. Liability is

limited to the cost of the service provided.

 

11. No Refunds & Chargeback Policy

​

All services are final once completed. No refunds will be issued. Customers must contact us within 24

hours for issues. Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us. We reserve

the right to submit proof of service, charge a $25 administrative fee, and suspend services for improper

 

12. Safety & Refusal of Service

​

We may refuse service if hazardous materials or unsafe conditions are present, including chemicals,

biohazards, or unsafe environments.

 

13. Florida-Specific Legal Protections

 

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes shall be handled within Florida courts. Customers

waive claims for indirect or consequential damages where permitted.

 

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective

date.
